Our Program

We run two club travel seasons per year. Our Spring/Summer season runs from Mid-February through mid-July and our Fall season runs from August to October. We also run a supplemental winter program, which practices 1x per week and plays games on Sundays for our middle school aged groups. In addition we have camps, clinics, and in-house leagues which are open to players of all abilities, even if you did not make one of our travel teams.

Teams can expect to play a variety of tournaments and leagues in each season. We aim to play 10-12 weekends in the Spring/Summer and 6-8 weekends in the Fall, while practicing twice per week. Most of our tournaments are in the San Francisco area, but sometimes we travel out-of-town (Los Angeles, Reno, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas). We try to base our tournaments off of what is best for each team, so our tournament schedules vary by team.

Our program looks to keep athletes playing throughout the non-school seasons. We attempt to grow our players as both athletes and students. Our goals include helping our athletes in both basketball and life.

Tryout policy: We try to take as many players as possible, but due to limited coaches and gym rentals, we sometimes cannot take every player. We form up to three teams per age group when possible. Our camps, clinics, and in-house leagues are always open to everyone!

FAQ - Playing Time

  • Playing time is not guaranteed. We always do our best to get all of our players as much playing time as possible, but there is no “minimum” or “maximum” time a player will play in a game.

  • Playing time is at the discretion of each individual team’s coach and is given to players who will help our hard work in practice translate to in-game success.

  • IF you have any questions regarding this policy, we ask that you wait 24 hours after a game to formulate your thoughts, before contacting us. We are always here to talk, but the conversations are always more productive when they occur after everyone has had time to reflect on the game and when they occur over the phone or in-person (not via text or email).

    • Note: Players (especially those who are in 8th grade and up) should first discuss their thoughts with their coach. These conversations show a level of maturity that our coaches appreciate and respect, which helps with reaching a productive conclusion.
